The latest iteration in a series of works that feature freeform carved Huon Pine, and the largest in the series. A significantly smaller version of these drawers was the centrepiece of Anton’s last exhibition and is now held in the permanent collection at the NGV. These pieces are a manifestation of Anton’s enduring fascination with this rare Tasmanian native timber.
